I have been a part of this community for over 35 years, actively working to keep a small town feel as Milton grows. My professional background includes media, my degree is in economics, I am a small business owner, and in my personal life I am a mother and grandmother. My passion is working with people and organizations in this community – a Place of Possibility!
This is why I first ran for Council 21 years ago after participating in the original Destiny Milton. And why I hope to continue as your voice, connecting you with these possibilities! I am your Voice. My experience and varied community connections make a difference.
I am proud of my work with the Farming & Horse Communities, (including my work on Slots Revenue & the Community Fund) 16 Years with the Youth Advisory Committee, the first Habitat build and the first Street Festival, the expansion of Milton District Hospital with the FASM mural and local photography (unique to Milton!) Many other initiatives, particularly the Education Village, Improved Rural Internet, and a Hospice for Milton are yet to be fully realized.
Experience Counts – Our Challenges Continue!
